Thanks for this video, brings me back to my teenage years - still have my original shortwave radios, not much to listen to now. Memories of their call signs - Radio Australia, Quito Equador, RSA South Africa, Radio Kabul Afghanistan, All India Radio, BBC World Service, Radio Moscow, Vatican Radio, WNYW New York, VOA, Radi Canada Int + all the European Stations. The world was a very different place then! Sadly lost all my log books over the years, but still have a few QSL cards and other mementoes.

I was a very young boy in Liverpool when all this took place, though over the years when the Cameo Cinema murders came up in conversation it was always the same thing "they where framed". The Cameo cinema entered my life when I was working as a TV repair Engineer, in the Cameo Cinema building then was a Television tube rebuilders called "Liver Tubes" that I was a regular visitor at. One thing I will sat that place had an atmosphere that I did not like at all.

I grew up in Northern Ireland in the 70’s near to a couple of the places featured in that road safety advert. Sadly it has continued to be a major blight into the 21st century.

Back in 1976 I bought a 353 in red. It was the first brand new car that I owned when I was 18yrs old. I liked it, and had if for many years. It was reliable too. I only sold it because spare parts became hard to get, but it went to a good home!
